Mô tả Công việc

JOB DESCRIPTION

● Directly implement the proposals and plans to run the advertising for customers.

● Coordinate with IDs / AMs / IMs to make the plan for approaching, proposing the solutions and

optimizing the advertising’s performance for key customers of the assigned industry.

● Support IDs / AMs / AEs to manage the customer relationships: develop a set of potential customers

and support the existing customers to achieve their communication goals.

● Participate in the market research and follow the direction of management.

● General tasks of the department upon request.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

● Have an overview and experience with at least 2 years in the field of online advertising.

● Having implemented some strategic communication plans that bring high efficiency to customers.

● Having working experience at the same position for at least 1 year. Planner at Global Agency is an

advantage.

● Knowledge of sales methods (general sales and media in particular) is an advantage.

● Comprehensive knowledge of the media product market and the link between strategy and

enforcement in the overall communication.

● Ability to simplify description of complex concepts.

● Flexibility and balance in handling large volumes of work.

● High research and self-learning ability. Data analysis, reading statistics (Google Analytics, KPIs on

data research platforms).

● English (all 4 skills), Office (especially Excel). Presentation and persuasion.
