Mô tả Công việc

• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks;

• Manage job advertisements on job portals and social networks;

• Assist in screening forms and resumes of applicants;

• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing methods;

• Plan and schedule interviews with candidates;

• Send recruiting emails;

• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs;

• Maintain candidate databases via an applicant tracking system.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

Experience

• At least 1 year working in the position of Recruitment Executive;

• Experience in hiring positions in information technology (software development).

Knowledge, abilities and skill

• Having good planning and organizational skills;

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;

• Ability to manage and handle multi tasks;

• Outstanding problem-solving skills;

• Exceptional attention to detail;

• Good time management skills;

• Ability to work independently.
