ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Be in charge of building rich content about YouNet Group total solutions to attract site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the YouNet Group, and nurturing those leads to close into clients.

1. Content creation (60%)

• Research, analyze to understand YNG’s total solutions to create a long-term content strategy for inbound marketing.
• Execute the plan with your talented writing skills to turn the plan into real content present including blog posts, social posts, newsletters, and websites.
• Keep up with the latest technologies and solutions in the world to support and orientate the Vietnam market by collect & translate it from English to Vietnamese.

2. Social channels management (30%)

• Manage Social Media Channels by posting, measuring content performance, and analyzing conversion.
• Collaborate with the designer to plan and deliver image ideas for all channels.

3. Other (10%)

• Keep up to date on current market trends as a basis for content ideas.
• Report and analyze the performance of content across channels
• Other tasks assigned by the line manager

1. Knowledge:

• Have knowledge about Digital Marketing in the Digital era, which covers many concepts about branding, inbound marketing, growth hacking, O2O, marketing tools, SEO, etc.
• Execute content to develop access, engage, connect, customize, and collaborate strategically with the target audience.
• Experiences in planning and creating B2B content is a big plus.

2. Skills:

• Excellent writing skills with different language styles that appeal to different segments.
• Content writing with SEO on-page optimization
• Good English writing & reading.
• Creative, can understand and have a good sense of art: color, typography, imagery, and overall composition.
• Good planning skills.
• Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain ideas, concepts is a big plus.

3. Experience:

• Degree in Marketing/Businesses/Communications or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in B2B marketing for Digital marketing and have an understanding of content marketing/inbound marketing for Technology Solutions).
• Experience with a web markup language and search engine optimization is preferable

4. Personality:

• Open to feedback and willing to make changes to improve
• The proactive and progressive mindset to get work done
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Humble and desire to lean spirit to make a great teamwork collaboration
• High responsibility spirit.
