We are looking for an experienced Managing Director to manage YNAM company to be a leading Advocacy Marketing company under the management framework of YouNet Group.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance

Ensure business unit reaching annual financial targets

Clear BD plan to reach revenue target annually: Manage revenue on hand and new sale collaboration with YNMG

Strictly monitor financial reports and take suitable actions: (Profit & Loss) P&L, cashflow, account receivable

Monitor project‘s performance for healthy financial performance

Customer

Build and retain YNAM’s client’s portfolio.

Build and retain YNAM brand key for competition.

Measure & take care of the client‘s happiness.

Ensure ethics code of conduct in selling services. Ensure client fully understand pros and cons of products

Keep discipline in account evaluation and action.

Keep new products at least 5% of total company‘s annual revenue as motivation for product development.

Operations

Get your jobs done by discipline & systemized information.

Follow the company‘s current operation system by using provided management tools: Balance Score Card, Management Handbook, P&L, Company structure, process & vision.

Frequently track and optimize work efficiency & labor‘s work-life balance.

Practice analyzing and lead the change for better working culture.

Learning & Growth

Build and retain talent force for YNAM

Clear R&R (role and responsibility) of each member in the team, in project and in company.

Understand and support members to perform their own KPI set & annual target

Train, re-train or request company to train members with specific skill set or knowledge.

Pioneer leading innovation projects. Be exemplary for a proactive and disciplined attitude.

Develop and empower teams to develop new products and services.

Continuously relook at client feedback and market needs for product and service innovation and optimization.

Leverage technology for enhancing Advocacy Marketing proposition.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

Have at least 8 years experience in the marketing industry in which 2 - 3 years experience leading business P&L of a whole department.

Have knowledge about integrated marketing, digital marketing models and tactics, influencer marketing and data analytics.

Have excellent sales planning, negotiation, leadership & organization skills.

Have discipline, positive & motivational personality.

Benefit: Monthly salary, 13 month salary, bonus package and ESOP.

Promotion: Can be promoted to Vice President, Group COO
