ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1/ Support Account team in all phases of the project management process (50%)

• Participate in meetings (brief, brainstorm, regroup, project discussion, presentations ...): contribute ideas, support in writing client briefs, proposal development
• Assist account team in smooth and on-time project development and execution, manage project scope and timelines, implementing any necessary processes and procedures.
• Liaise with clients regularly – responding to briefs, attending meetings, status reporting, information seeking & researching, managing milestones and approvals - following assignments & coaching from Line Manager
• Work collaboratively with other teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency & following assignments & coaching from Line Manager including:
• Internal team: Creative, Social & Community team
• Internal company in YouNet Group: Buzzmetrics, YouNet Media, Mango Digital
• Assist line manager in building & maintaining relationships with third-party suppliers to make sure input products meet desired quality & are delivered within deadlines

2/ Administrative tasks (50%)

• Assist in meeting organization: calendar booking, arrange meeting room,...
• Prepare & follow paperwork (including: contracts, payments, internal paperwork,...)
• Work with Accountant & Finance to follow up and submit papers for the projects
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Report to: Account Supervisor/ Account Executive

Promotion to: Account Trainee/ Executive

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Full-time Intern - Duration: 6 months
• Experience internship 3 months at marketing agency or related field is a plus.
• Senior or fresh graduated students in major: Advertising, Media, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or equivalent
• Have passion and desire to develop in Digital Agency
• Good communication, hard-working, creative, open-minded, highly responsible, ability to work under pressure
• Good attitude and willing to learn new things
• Prefer candidates with good English skills
