Mô tả Công việc

• Manage projects of video production and communication.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Work closely with the Production Manager to manage video production projects.
• Manage communication projects by co-ordinating works among distributors, clients, vendors and in-house team.
• Training team members.
• Supervise team members’ projects

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• 1-year working experience in Account Manager position or 2-3 years’ working experience in Account position.
• Digital communication experience is a plus.
• Proactive, multi-tasking & good interpersonal skills.
• Time management with a sense of urgency to work under high pressure.
• Fluency in English.
