Mô tả Công việc

JOB SUMMARY: Identify and develop content marketing plan and detail content execution for social media projects. Continuously identify, develop, evaluate and oversee performance of content during campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Project Management:

• Assist and support line manager to develop content strategy, content plan, content calendar and detail content for appointed digital campaigns. Content to be developed includes content for brand owned channels (website, landing page, social platform etc.) and paid channels (online PR, influencers, hot communities etc.)
• Make recommendations on improving future campaigns, efficiencies, and impact across channels
• Recommend ad copy & creative to grow other channels
• Write/ Create content on social media platforms by working closely with art director/ designer

2. Report:

• Proactively communicate project status to Line manager weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually in a timely manner or raise alerts if any issue/concern/new client’s request arises
• Report performance of content during campaigns and initiatives to extend current strategies, identifying growth opportunities & optimizations

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

1. Experience & Knowledge:

• Graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ PR/ Communication/ Linguistics is preferred or have credits in a communication course
• 1 - 1,5 years of hands-on experience in digital/social media marketing and content marketing with familiarity with social platforms such as Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest, forums, communities

2. Attitude & Skills:

• Fluent in English
• Progressive learning attitude - always seek self-improvement and solutions to enhance project outcome; readily change for growth
• Accountability
• Proven adaptability / flexibility to accommodate evolving responsibilities and last minutes changes;
• Superior verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
