Mô tả Công việc

• Lead the team in planning & conducting all digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising under assigned digital marketing budget;
• Data-Driven, Customer Experience based Digital Marketing Strategist
• Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints;
• Train/coach team members to improve performances & skills;
• Onboarding and career planning for staff members;
• Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness;
• Must understand the mechanics of content, and context-driven SEO.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same role (Agency experience is plus)
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
• Strong, proven leadership skills with a track record of success;
• Good English is a must.
• Good organizational skills and time management are required
• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, or related field, preferred)
