ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Project Management (80%)

• Social Media Strategy: Having knowledge in social media and direct the internal planning team to craft strategies that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Client Management: Understanding and responding to client needs, demonstrating a capacity to adjust strategies to suit those needs effectively.
• Campaign Management: Ensure the quality control of all campaign aspects, delivering on client requirements within set budgets and timelines.
• Communication & Reporting: Maintain continuous communication with peers and clients, providing updates on project progress. Demonstrate agility in adapting to changes or shifts in project direction as needed.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional departments to support campaign goals and ensure cohesive execution.

2. Administrative Tasks (20%): Be in-charge of all administrative tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organized (including financial and other relevant documents).

1. Education: Having Bachelor‘s degree in economy, marketing, business is a plus but not required.

2. Knowledge

3. Experience: At least 2-3 years working experience in agency with the same role, have experiences in social & influencer is a plus
