Mô tả Công việc

• Managing the design team
• Lead concept development in relation to design and creative outputs
• Take a lead role in managing the design and creative elements of projects and be point of contact for clients and creative projects
• Work with internal teams to develop Big idea for pitching and proposals
• Provide quality control over design outputs and production
• Develop and manage productivity and to continuously improve the design team’s production capabilities
• Working with other team members (sale/account team) to deliver projects and activity to deliver against deadlines

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• At least 3 years’ experience for design leader position in agency side
• Be proficient in creative softwares especially Photoshop, Illustrator
• Possess exceptional creativity and innovation
• Have good sense of graphics and colours, clean and clear style; keen eyes for details
• Have good time-management and communication skill, be able to work under pressure and deadlines, multi-tasking
• Quick learning, team spirit
• Can-do attitude, Open-minded and self – motivated
• Perform the knowledge of creating video/animation is a plus
