As a leading company in Social & E-commerce Data, Insights, Software, and Marketing Consulting in Vietnam, we are expanding our presence regionally to solidify our market leadership. We are looking for a COO to serve as the Head of the Head Office, working alongside the CEO to drive the group‘s operations by implementing well-defined structures, processes, and fostering a strong company culture.

Scope of Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:

• Oversee key Head Office functions, including HR & Administration, Finance & Accounting, Business Intelligence, and IT.
• Manage the Head Office P&L to maximize operational efficiency.

2. Governance:

• Develop administrative processes and compliance frameworks for subsidiary companies.
• Ensure all subsidiaries comply with established regulations and procedures.

3. Additional Responsibilities:

• Lead and establish new regional offices, including recruitment efforts.
• Participate in M&A activities and help drive synergy across the group.
• Handle delegated responsibilities from the CEO, including the management of specific business lines.

4. Promotion Path: Potential promotion to CEO.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Proven experience as a COO in a group-structured company, or as a Managing Director/CEO in related fields such as Software, Marketing, or Data.
• Strong financial background and expertise.
