Mô tả Công việc

 Accountants carry the primary responsibility for financial records, making sure the appropriate taxes are paid by federal and state deadlines, oversee efficient use of funds and related tasks

 Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.

Daily process receivables – payables

 Prepare and manage Cash fund, Bank transaction with high accuracy and on-time of balance tracking;

 Review and verify invoices and check Pre-Post cost before payment process ;

 Daily update and report receivables – payables and cash balance;

 Daily update and report sales revenue & expense to Line Manager or upon requested;

Support report VAT tax monthly, internal monthly management report, compute taxes & prepare tax return yearly.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

University/ College in Accounting major

At least 2 years-experience in same/ related position;

Proven working experience as a cost accountant or in a relevant field

 Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures

 Good in accounting software user

 Strong attention to detail and confidentiality

 Be careful, trustful and responsible;

 Good communication and customer service skill;

 Good office administration skill;

 Basic communication in English;
