TMAR cần tuyển vị trí Planner làm việc tại Hồ Chí Minh, mức lương từ 500 - 650 USD. Chi tiết công việc như sau:

Mô tả Công việc

1/ Role

• Develop concepts for advertising or promotion campaigns
• Optimize the percentage of bidding/winning projects.
• Standardize models of product or service in Event/Activation field.
• Ensure company policy & procedures.
• Well collaboration (Project, Design….) and reporting to Head of Planner.

2/ Duties and Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for winning projects and pro-actively advise the best solutions that meet client’s needs and expectations. Including:

• Get brief directly from the clients.

• Brainstorm meetings with the relevant departments.

• Cultivate and understanding of branding, industry trends and share your insight with internal team/clients.

• Fully participating in the integration of creative/design team and project team to write thoughtful plans, produce inventive/amazing proposals & be in charge of successful presentation.

• Ensure works/tasks done on-time & properly as deadline of company and clients.

• Study, develop and standardize products and services for company based on evaluation and detailed analysis of the database and effective models.
• Other duties as assigned by HOP

• Knowledge:

• Must have a thorough understanding of marketing and brand development

• Knowledge in event/activation operation in reality is a plus.

• Confident and strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese

• Good using in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point…

• Qualification:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Advertising, Marketing or relevant fields.

• Experience:

• At least 01 years experience as a Planner or in a similar role with strong FMCG background (preferred in marketing/activation & event agency)

• Creativity skills & excellent in inspiration, need a clear creative vision while remaining open to other’s ideas

• Strategic mindset and planning skills.

• Good sense of art.

• Must have a keen awareness of current trends in advertising.

• Understand and work within project parameters: client goals and requirements, internal goals, usability.

• Passionate, collaborative, discipline, proactive, outgoing, commitment, result-oriented management.

• Good at client service & organization skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

• Ability to pay close attention to details.
