SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, DAY-TO-DAY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Senior Account to join our team. As a Senior Account, you will be responsible for managing client relationships from initial engagement through to project completion and ongoing support. You will work closely with our Content team to ensure the delivery of exceptional service and solutions to our clients.

Client/Agency Relationship Management

Research and assess potential clients, ensuring cooperation only with reputable and legally recognized brands.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing feedback, requests, and concerns, and ensuring they are properly addressed in a timely manner.

Project Management

Develop and implement a comprehensive project management process, including pre-deal, deal execution, and post-deal stages.

Coordinate with internal teams (creative, design, content, media) to ensure timely project execution.

Budget and Documentation

Create and maintain essential documents, such as proposals, quotes, contracts, presentations, and acceptance minutes.

Ensure that all contract details are clear and agreed upon by both parties, and oversee the successful signing and delivery of contracts.

Business Development

Develop account growth plans to expand services and revenue from existing clients.

Participate in new business pitches, leveraging client relationships and industry expertise.

Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build new client relationships and promote the company's services.

Analysis and Reporting

Analyze and report on monthly brand revenue, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.

Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing campaign strategies, creative concepts, and results.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Proven experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to manage expectations effectively.

Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion, including developing detailed project plans, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery.

Strong understanding of budgeting, contract management, and financial tracking to ensure project profitability and timely payments.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese, with proficiency in English being a plus.

A self-starter who takes initiative in managing client accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving business development efforts.
