MVC cần tuyển vị trí Area Retail Manager làm việc tại Hồ Chí Minh, mức lương thương lượng / cạnh tranh. Chi tiết công việc như sau:

Mô tả Công việc

• Implementing promotion plans, launching product, & all activities in market for RR/MER/PG
• Managing the team to achieve growth and hit Shipment targets.
• Monitoring, leading, coaching the team to improve their performances, to enhance their skills in achieving the shipment target.
• Evaluating the performance of RRS/MER/BA-BC & UBER.
• Supporting RO team to deal with daily problems at mall (shipments, merchandise, promotions,...).
• Managing & Mantain POSM at mall, keep tracking with vendor to install/adapt POSM.
• Quaterly & monthly meeting with KAM to achieve KPIs.
• Competition tracking & making proactive plans to counter the new product.
• Working with buyers to excute promotion plans, Postmail / PWP / SMKT ...
• Working closely with Buyer to solve issues at store & support in the urgent cases.
• Distributor management.
• Channel management.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• 3+ years of experience.
• Professional writing skills, strong presentation capabilities
• Ability to work under high pressure
• Detail-oriented, organized and dedicated; proactive and enthusiastic; a quick learner
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong knowledge of working software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ect.)
