JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Analytical skill (50%) - Ensuring high quality client report

• Responsible for client satisfaction through actionable recommendation by analyzing Ecommerce sale performance, tactics effectiveness, and/or combination with different data sources
• Assist in developing new analysis angles/ topics

2. Client consulting (30%) - Understand client & help client reach KPI

• Ability to build strong relationships with clients through an understanding of clients’ needs/requirements and consultative advisory
• Implementation account plan to expand client value

3. Coaching people (20%) - Giving example & input for research member

• Give training/ guidance for Research executive ensuring
• Research expertise (Analytical scheme, Working with other department to achieve expected outcome)
• Client service fundamental (Day - to - day servicing, Client relationship building)

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

1. Knowledge

• Bachelor degree in Economics, Marketing or Business

2. Skills

• Strong in Analytical skill
• Strong in Communication and Relationship building
• Strong in Problem solving

3. Experience

• Working in Market Research for at least 3-4 years
• At least 1 year experience at the same level is a plus

4. Personality

• High adaptability
• Highly self-motivated
• Pro-active & possess driven personality
