ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Determined, persistent, user-oriented and social-driven, our Community Specialist at Mango Digital linked with YouNet works to develop meaningful community relationships between brands and users in digital platforms. Besides, this position must be very sensitive with social trends, keep on researching the best social performances and report to the whole team bi-monthly.

• Publish a daily calendar of content designed by content team on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tik Tok etc.)
• Engage with the community, respond to questions, comments and foster a responsive environment on social media.
• Surface and prioritize community feedback with the social, account team and provide a feedback loop for clients.
• Create and manage all social activities (minigame, social challenges etc.) to engage users into the community from planning, executing, incentives sending to reporting.
• Propose and manage KOLs‘ works for projects.
• Use social tools (social listening tools, influencer platforms, social analysis tools .etc) to research customer‘s insight, top brands, top discussed topics .etc aligned with client’s projects.
• Research and report social trends and best practices on social media channels to social team bi-monthly.

Promotion: Senior Community Specialist

Benefit: Basic salary, 13th month salary

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• 2+ years managing an online community or in social media content development
• Deep understanding of social media management tools
• Must have content writing experience
• Experiences in using social tools (Socialbakers, Fanpage Karma, SocialHeat, Hiip .etc)
• Researching skill and passion for social trends
• Communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience working cross-functionally with an array of internal teams and stakeholders
