Mô tả Công việc

1. Support to manage cash flow, track credit and payment.

• Continuously monitor and analyze the company’s cash flow.
• Track channel credit and payment, working with relevant departments to ensure timely collections and payments.

2. Arrange payment for PO and contracts:

• Work with Chinese factories to ensure the payment process is smooth and timely.
• Verify that payment requests for PO and contracts are valid and accurate.
• Manage international payment risks, ensuring compliance with financial and tax regulations of both countries.

3. Manage cost and prepare detailed financial reports:

• Classify and record the company’s operational expenses accurately.
• Prepare detailed reports on marketing/sales funds and operational costs.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements for internal purposes.
• Provide regular financial reports/statistics and interpret financial information for department heads.

4. Any other task arranged by team leader.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
• From 1 - 2 years of working experience in finance/accounting or a related field.
• Fluent in Chinese or English.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; proficient in Word.
• Familiarity with financial accounting statements is an advantage.
• Logical thinking with strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills, ability to solve flexible tasks and situations quickly.
• High personal integrity, honesty and ability to maintain confidentiality of company information and data.
