Mô tả Công việc
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management
- Acquire & develop new clients through identifying, pitching, and activating clients to achieve targets
- Build strong relationships with clients at top management in aiming to activate partner’s business in a solid manner
- Maintain and enhance business operating models to continuously improve the quality of the business and ensure consistent growth and sustainability
- Work closely with CEO in developing initiatives for new business or extending existing business.
Strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide account planning and strategic support to key clients
- Understand industry/market trends and the success factors critical to the organization’s long-term sustainability and competitiveness
- Support CEO with strategic annual/quarterly plans.
Leadership & People Management
- Provide leadership and professional development to team members, allocate work
- Ensure the excellence of projects; effectively manage and interpret client feedback; guide/lead Account Managers (AMs) and Account Executives (AEs) to implement projects smoothly and effectively
- Proactive and energetic working attitude, and always be positive.
Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng
- 7-10 years of successful experience in communication or related field, industry experience preferred (BTL)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships
- Passionate leader who values and fosters collaborative, cohesive teams.
- Strong attention to detail - High level of professional maturity
- Local Vietnamese, with fluent English
- Detail-oriented, organized and dedicated; proactive and enthusiastic; a quick learner
- Strong knowledge of working software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ect.)
