Mô tả Công việc

1. Leadership and Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of creative departments, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth.
• Collaborate closely with the content writer, art directors, designers, and other team members to develop cohesive and compelling campaign ideas.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

2. Creative Strategy and Concept Development:

• Develop innovative and effective creative strategies for a wide range of advertising campaigns, including digital, print, TVC, online/offline activities and social media.
• Generate original and impactful concepts that capture the target audience's attention and drive engagement.
• Present creative ideas and concepts to clients, articulating the strategic and creative rationale behind them.

3. Copywriting and Content Creation:

• Write clear, persuasive, and compelling copy for various types of content, including headlines, taglines, scripts, social media posts, website content, and more.
• Ensure all copy is consistent with the client's brand voice and style guidelines.
• Conduct thorough research to understand the client's industry, target audience, and competitive landscape.

4. Quality Control and Review:

• Review, feedback and guide for creative assets created by the team to ensure accuracy, coherence, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and consistency across all written materials.
• Implement feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to refine and improve copy as needed.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Have at least 03 years of similar experience (or above) in the design/creative industry and work in an agency environment and/or 02 years of similar roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in various design mediums.
• Strong understanding of design principles and best practices;
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or related field;
• Have knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software in advantage.
• Proven track record of delivering innovative and impactful creative solutions for clients across different industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Good at English communication is a plus.
