Mô tả Công việc
• Responsible for digital media detailed plan & execution of each campaign aligned with business goals using ads platforms (Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads, FB CPAs, GG Shopping with Shopee,..)
• Responsible for media materials optimised from campaign's content
• Responsible for digital media budget optimization, ROI & KPIs Optimization
• Responsible for digital media trackings and reports (measuring/analyzing audience insight/behaviors)
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital media/ecommerce/performance marketing
Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng
• Proven working experience in digital media marketing (1-3 years), and extensive experience in managing in-house digital performance marketing at technology companies or ecommerce department
• Highly proficient in using digital ads platforms such as Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads,...
• Creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage consumers the most.
• Excellent numeric sensitivity and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and embrace AI-powered marketing tools
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
