Mô tả Công việc

As a UX Specialist - UX Writer at Ninety Eight, you will be at the forefront of creating user-centric digital experiences, leading the charge in crafting compelling and user-friendly content across our digital products. Your expertise in UX writing will contribute to seamless user interactions, clear communication, and overall user satisfaction. Additionally, you will play a key role in problem-solving through in-depth research, leveraging your UX writing skills to craft seamless and engaging interfaces that effectively address user needs.

UX Writing:

• Craft clear, concise, and user-focused copy for various touchpoints within our digital products, including interfaces, microcopy, and error messages.
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, and product managers to ensure a cohesive and delightful user experience.

Content Strategy:

• Develop and maintain a consistent and engaging content strategy across all user touchpoints.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of content style guides.

Information Architecture:

• Develop intuitive information architectures and user flows based on user research and insights.
• Work closely with the design team to create wireframes and prototypes that align with user expectations.

User Research & Insight Generation:

• Conduct thorough user research to uncover insights into user behaviors, pain points, and motivations.
• Translate research findings into actionable insights and design solutions.

Problem Solving & Ideation:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex design challenges.
• Lead ideation sessions and workshops to generate creative solutions.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, UX Writing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX Writer, strong portfolio showcasing your problem-solving approach, research methodologies, and UX writing skills.
• Proficiency in collaborating with design teams and using design tools.
• Understanding of UX design principles and the ability to translate them into effective written communication.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
