Mô tả Công việc

• Understand the needs and goals of clients, propose suitable and appropriate media strategies and plans
• Work with relevant departments to produce and deliver high-quality content, such as articles, videos, infographics, podcasts, etc.
• Work with media channels and kols to negotiate, collaborate and monitor the effectiveness of campaigns
• Report and analyze results, suggest improvements and solutions
• Update trends and market of web3 field, propose creative and breakthrough ideas

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Bachelor's degree in related fields, such as Marketing, Communication, Finance, etc.
• At least 2 years of experience working in media, marketing or equivalent fields
• Good English, able to communicate, write and read with a level equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or higher
• Basic knowledge of finance, understanding of web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency and decentralized platforms is a big advantage
• Having strong relationships with media partners and KOLs (related to finance) is extremely beneficial.
• Knowing Chinese is a plus, as we have many clients and partners from China
• Experience in content creation, know how to use design, editing and analysis tools is an advantage
• Able to work under pressure, flexible in working hours, able to self-learn and work independently as well as in a team
• Responsible, creative and enthusiastic with work
