Mô tả Công việc

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape brands, drive growth, manage projects, and develop your team:

Growth Partnership:

• Manage partnerships, communities, and campaign performance.
• Develop and execute brand growth through innovative marketing strategies & compelling copy.
• Optimize results and ROI through data analysis.

Project Management:

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and successful completion of marketing projects.
• Evaluate and share key learnings for future improvement.

People Development:

• Foster a culture of learning and growth.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
• Collaborate with HRBP and management to create a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 years of successful business development and marketing experience, with proven experience in business development and marketing within the NFT or blockchain industry.
• Strong understanding of NFT trends, market dynamics, and key players
• Passion for NFTs, blockchain technology, and digital art & Track record of successful partnership development.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Creative mindset and ability to devise innovative growth strategies.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent proficiency in English communication
