Mô tả Công việc

Objective of role:

Graphic designers create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically

pleasing manner for brand and company through all communication channels.

Participate in communication with brand principle and ensure that guidelines and processes are

applied in assigned market.

Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities:

Brand design

▪ Conceptualize visuals based on requirements, by studying relevant information and brand

guideline to deliver materials for marketing activities.

▪ Design advertising publications: banners, credentials, brochures, posters, leaflets, standee..

▪ Develop basic product videos/ promotional videos/ tutorial videos/ advertorial videos on

demand

▪ to deliver campaign’s messages.

▪ Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and

▪ colleagues to produce final design as required

▪ Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

▪ Ensure high quality, cost competitive branded/promotional POS/ printing material is

delivered.

▪ Manage the artwork of regional market to make sure those will be aligned with brand

guidelines.

▪ Work with the team to analyze the performance of the creative assets and consolidate best

▪ practices for future applications

Corporate design

▪ Create and make sure the application of company visual identity to standardize company

image

▪ through communications.

▪ Working closely with the cross-functional teams to design and deliver campaign message to

▪ internal/ external partners.

▪ Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

Requirements

▪ 3+ years’ experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator,

InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.

▪ Experiences in fashion, jewelry, timepieces, retails is a plus

▪ Strong teamwork skills, self-motivated, confident, and energetic with a deep understanding

of color theory, typography, composition, and photo retouching.

▪ Basic knowledge of Animation and Video editing is a plus

▪ Strong command in oral and written English.

▪ Highly adaptable to change and an excellent team player with the ability to influence and

negotiate.

▪ Takes initiative and ownership

▪ Ability to work in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines
