Mô tả Công việc

80%:

• Take all responsibility for the client project: lead IMC campaign (360 degrees) from ATL to BTL, including Digital, Social, Activation.
• Monitor all activities of the project to make sure to deliver the greatest satisfaction to the clients.

20%:

• Coach and guide the junior team members.
• Support teammates for other projects.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

1. Background

• Through-the-line strong experience or background.
• Digital background

2. Experience

• At least 3-4 years of experience in the Marketing & Communication industry.
• Previous position: Account Manager/ Experienced Senior Account Supervisor.

3. Knowledge: Have knowledge in Marketing, Communication, Research, and Psychology.

4. Skills

• Leadership & organizational skills.
• Communication skills
• Planning & presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Client Service mindset: kind, calm, mature, good listener, open-minded.
• Positive thinking, energetic, flexibility.
• Fluent in Vietnamese & English.
