Mô tả Công việc

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Understand the client's business goals and objectives and develop strategies to help them achieve those goals.
• Develop and execute account plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, as well as with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and client satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our products or services.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the client.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on account status and sales performance.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and market trends to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Customer service mindset. Proven effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Vietnamese
• Project management, presentation and persuasion skills
• Ability to understand and analyze complex client needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
