Mô tả Công việc

We are looking for a passionate Event Manager who will help to assist our organization in hosting of a 2-month-event.

You will liaise between clients, internal departments and vendors to ensure our solutions’ timely and successful delivery according to customer needs.

𝗝𝗢𝗕 𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

• Ability to see the big picture and strategically align events with overarching clients’ goals;
• Present event plan to clients;
• Manage the internal teams & suppliers to ensure the output quality & timelines;
• Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.)
• Promote the event through various channels:
• Create reports to report back to management;
• Provide ongoing reports to clients;
• Assist Finance Department with client and vendor invoicing;

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• A minimum of 2 years of event management in an event/activation agency is required;
• Must demonstrate excellent professional verbal and written communications skills in both English & Vietnamese;
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines;
• Ability to coordinate with different vendors;
• Communicate well with the entire staff at the event;
• Ability to sell the event to interested parties;
• Applicants should have strong attention to detail with the ability to organize and prioritize client needs in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong computer skills with proficiencies in Excel & PowerPoint and other related programs.
