Mô tả Công việc

I. ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

A. 80% Professional

 AAU Academy Sales Training Department (PEACH Consulting)

 Assist in finding new clients in the field of education and

training at AAU Academy

 Interact with customers through the following channels: phone,

email, Zalo OA messages, fan page inbox, registration forms on

the website...

 Consulting support, sending suggestions and quotations to

customers

 Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager

 Reporting at the request of management

 Plan and manage your sales pipeline yearly, quarterly, monthly

and weekly.

 Embraces sincere cares to others: Success in our business is built

on loyal customers, champions, and referrals.

 Provide general learning supports (needs analysis, data review,

and product demonstrations).

 Keep learning, keep growing: be a lifelong learner with great

human relation skills, selling skills, and a wide range of

knowledge from common sense to business, from personal

development to economy and society

B. 20% Other work

 Conduct research, investigation, and analysis of information and

data related to the market, customers, and competitors to compile

reports on market trends and potential customer needs

 Support the development of sales and marketing plans

 Support the company's network expansion, establish relationships

with customers and partners: organize specialized events/seminars

or participate in partner organization plans

 Framework and templates related to learning and work

 Learn the soft skills and other skills required to complete the

job

 Perform other tasks under the guidance of a mentor

II. REQUIREMENTS:

 Had bachelor or Master degree in a related field such as a

business or other related fields.

 2-3 years of experience in equivalent positions

 Enjoy training, consulting, and education.

 Enjoy working with clients and partners.

 Good project management, time management, communication, and

presentation skills

 Being able to communicate in English is an advantage.

 Skills in search, observation, and analysis of market research

 Good in using MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word

 Proactive, decisive, confident, focused, delving into problems,

results oriented, and always ready to adapt to the high pressure

of work

 Having a sense of responsibility and willing to flexibly take on

roles and work within the team

 Having a clear career direction and hoping to learn and develop a

career in the sales/accounting field
