Mô tả Công việc

I. ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

 Support the find new learners for AAU Academy.

 Communicate with customers through various channels: phone, email, Zalo OA

messaging, fan page inbox, registration form on the website...

 Maintain, nurture, and manage relationships with customers through customer care

activities such as coordinating Zalo groups, Facebook groups, marketing emails...

 Participate/support company or partner events or attend events to develop

customers/partners' relationships.

 Support consulting, sending proposals, and quotes to customers.

 Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

 Prepare reports as required by the line manager.

 Conduct research, surveys, and analysis of information and data on the market,

customers, and competitors to compile reports on market trends and potential customer

demand.

 Support the development of sales and marketing plans

 Expand the company's network, develop relationships with customers and partners:

organize events/workshops or participate in programs organized by partners.

 Learn to use frameworks, templates related to the job

 Learn soft skills and necessary skills to complete the job

 Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

II. REQUIREMENTS:

 Love to work and interact with customers and partners

 Ability to manage customers, projects, schedules, communicate, and present well

 Proficient in English.

 Skills in researching, observing, and analyzing market research

 Proficient in using MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word

 Dynamic, decisive, confident, focused, deep-dive into issues, results-oriented, and ready

to adapt to high-pressure work environments

 Responsible, flexible, and willing to accept roles and tasks in a team

 Clear career direction and desire to learn and develop a career in Sales/Account

management.

 Willingness to learn, work hard, be creative, take initiative, and adapt to high work

pressure.

 Dynamic, decisive, confident, and focused on delving deep into issues to achieve the best

results.

 A strong sense of responsibility and willingness to be flexible in accepting roles and tasks

in the team.
