Mô tả Công việc

1/ Human Resources (50%):

• Lead the charge in recruiting talents and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
• Cultivate and maintain a positive and vibrant company culture that inspires and energizes the team.
• Handle employee relations and performance management.
• Administer internal activities and benefits programs including trainings, team bonding activities, company trip.

2/ Administration (50%):

• Oversee office operations and supplies.
• Collaborate closely with the team to handle project paperwork efficiently and manage logistical tasks.
• Manage contracts and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Support to coordinate both internal and external events and meetings.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• At least 3 years of experience in an HR and/or Administrative role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to connect with our diverse team.
• Highly organized working manner, strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability in handling paperwork efficiently & systematically, ensuring compliance and accuracy in documentation.
• Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.
