Mô tả Công việc

A, GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

CREATORY is looking for various positions who seek for the huge opportunities of AI and IT business integrated new media. The positions will be working with one of the top AI scientists from KOREA and will be able to make practical solutions that can be implemented to many media companies in Asia region. You will establish mid-to-long term business goals, develop appropriate strategies, and manage overall strategy for each unit business.

B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Discovery of new BM and detailed scenario of a global new media corporation.

• Market research/Seed discovery/Related laws research related to AI-based B2B/B2C solution for IT/Human suitable as next generation power.
• Major work : future technology / strategic planning and business feasibility (NABC / investment / revenue / resource / time to maarket).
• Related work: Enterprise strategy, business strategy, growth strategy, new business strategy, launching strategy, marketing strategy, OI/M&A/MOU, performance management.

2. Integrated Strategy

• Solution roadmap/technology roadmap establishment and operation management.
• Investment Feasibility / Profitability Analysis
• Business portfolio management
• Budget planning and management of R/D department.
• Performance analysis and reporting (risk/response, etc.).
• Core project management(PO)
• Survey (document analysis, interviews, benchmarking), work sharing, define to progress/direction, requests to external cooperation
• Non-core project consulting.

3. CEO/CTO decision support.

4. Horizontal cowork with related members : UX/UI, AI Researchers, AI Engineers, S/W Engineers, managers.

C, REQUIREMENTS:

Basic Qualifications

1. One of the following

3 ~ 7 years of strategy establishment / consulting by global strategy consulting firm or domestic and overseas large companies.

Business Development Experience

Developing a business model for start-up/commercialization, coaching/guide for developing a business partner, and supportive experience for the whole process.

Experienced in accelerator

Supporting the whole startup process, including discovering and fostering commercialization promising technologies, developing business models, and establishing a corporation.

2. High level of data analysis and understanding, and a high ability to visualize the analysis results.

3. High insight and intuition can logically solve the solution found to explain it to others.

4. Fluent writing and verbal communication skills in business English.

Preferred

● Understanding of IT venture and new media business.

● Those who are responsible for their work and have a strong sense of responsibility.

● Those who have accounting / financial certification.

● Those who are Office tool proficient.
