Mô tả Công việc

This person will be responsible for creating and publishing content on all social media platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. He/or she will be responsible for building brand awareness and growing Thoughtful Media Group's audience to boost sales, promoting Thoughtful Media Group's Influencers through Social Media platforms.

The ideal candidate is creative, self-directed, and adapted at managing multiple priorities and projects. He/or she should understand the targeted audience for each social channel, creating persuasive content that strikes a chord with the intended audience, and is unique to the typical interactions of each channel. He/or she should be confident in owning, presenting, and reporting on a social media strategy focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and other established marketing KPI’s.

Role and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Create content pieces that boost brand awareness and drives social media engagement
• Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook,...etc
• Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and any additional channels that may be deemed relevant
• Manage (publishing, tracking, answering comments/messages) across social media channels (Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok….)
• Create content digital marketing plans and understand how to set short-term & long-term goals.
• Build a Thoughtful Media Community engagement and moderation.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• Experience in social media management, social media buying
• Understand the principles and variety of community outreach/influencer programs
• Understanding of social community’s trends; ability of content planning and content management;
• Experience with fanpage administration is plus;
• Good sense of trend catching;
• Good deal with problems, good-team-player attitude and deadlines respect.
