Viral Town cần tuyển vị trí Senior Operation Executive làm việc tại Hồ Chí Minh, mức lương thương lượng / cạnh tranh. Chi tiết công việc như sau:

Mô tả Công việc

• EXTERNAL:

• Be in charge of the event and production of Supplier

• Send the production files to suppliers that ensuring the design and quality as commitment

• Manage budget of event and make report to internal team

• Supervising the construction and staging process for the event

• Handling and solve the problem at Event site occurring (if any)

• INTERNAL:

• Contribute ideas during the planning process to ensure the idea is implemented

• Work with account and designer for appropriate and executable designs

• Liaise with creative team to implementation of project’s guidelines

• Ensure all documents such as contracts, advances, payment for Supplier are completed on time and qualified company process

• Support Account department to check cost production and proceed purchasing

• Coordinate with related departments (Account, Back Office) to prepare and execute the logistic for Events

• Other duties that might be assigned from time to time by the management.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in related role

• Having material knowledge for Event industry is a plus

• Ability to understand customers’ requirements and communicate them to internal team;

• Strong time-management and organizational skills

• Independent, determined, loves taking responsibility and problem solving

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Proactive, positive attitude, creative thinking, good problem-solving skills, willing to learn, adapt and operate with a dynamic and fast-moving work environment.

• Interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Effective team working skill.

Chế độ & Phúc lợi

• Salary: Negotiation (Range: 12 - 15 mil)
• Working time: Mon - Fri (9am - 18pm)
