Mô tả Công việc

• Work directly with manager and clients, take briefs, make proposals, produce quotation, working schedule & report for the event/activation.
• Coordinate with clients and the internal team daily to make sure the job is done timely and in line with strategic direction to deliver quality projects which meet client satisfaction and budget.
• Make report to reflect project progress including risks, benefits, KPIs achievement to supervisor and clients.
• Manage specific projects independently.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Approach new clients.
• Collaborate with other teams to find insights & provide creative inputs.
• Handle budgets, managing campaign costs.
• Alert manager to possible issues and problems during execution.
• Support other tasks as requested by the direct manager.
• Effectively work with team members to develop innovative ideas & strategic direction.
• Consult with client on project/ category issues & provide actionable & proper solutions.
• Develop team by coaching and training team members, help them to improve their skills.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• At least 2+ years of account management in agency company
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong time - management skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, positive attitude, creative thinking, good problem-solving skills, willing to learn, adapt and operate with a dynamic and fast-moving work environment
• Interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Effective team working skill.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
