Viral Town cần tuyển vị trí Account Manager làm việc tại Hồ Chí Minh, mức lương thương lượng / cạnh tranh. Chi tiết công việc như sau:

Mô tả Công việc

• Prepare, present & sell strategies, creative concepts and execution plans to clients.

• Successfully lead the team to run and manage the projects on a day-to-day basis to deliver project quality, good profit, and client satisfaction.

• Be responsible for team’s KPI (Billing and profit)

• Forsee problems/ issues/ crises as they arise; seek the best solution for team/ company/ client.

• Manage large projects, as well as teams; on multiple sizable accounts.

• Be capable of supporting the team in solving issues and problems during execution.

• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.

• Approach new clients.

• Effectively work with team members to develop innovative ideas & strategic direction.

• Develop relationships with potential clients, suppliers, talents and other valuable resources.

• Lead, inspire and drive the team (incl. internal team) to achieve the objectives (billing, profit, client building, people development and process improvement).

• Develop team by coaching and training inferior members and help them reach their full potential

• Contribute to the improvent of working processes (internal, inter-depts. and external).

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• At least 3+ years of account management in agency company

• Excellent oral and written communication skills;

• Strong time-management skills;

• Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process;

• Ability to work under pressure;

• Proactive, positive attitude, creative thinking, good problem-solving skills, willing to learn, adapt and operate with a dynamic and fast-moving work environment

• Interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Effective team working skill

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Working time: Mon - Fri (9am - 18pm)
