Mô tả Công việc

Cốc Cốc is seeking a Personal Assistant who will be responsible for supporting Deputy CEO in some internal production system related tasks.

Joining us, you have chance to approach huge knowledge and experience in digital marketing and IT field and develop yourself as a multi-tasking person.

● Keep updated and enrich knowledge of digital marketing as well as Cốc Cốc ads system

● Assist Account managers and Ads operation team in observing and improving performance of advertising campaigns on Cốc Cốc ads system

● Act as the coordinator in working with cross-functional department

● Propose ideas, implement a business project can also be demonstrated in some cases

● Keep tracking the progress of assigned tasks and make reports periodly

● Set up meetings and take responsibility for meeting minute and reminding tasks on time.

● Other tasks assigned by direct manager.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

● Fluent in English

● Be interested in technology and digital marketing field

● Has good verbal and written communications skills

● Be active and enthusiastic in learning and delivering positive result

● Has outstanding organizational and time management skills

● Prior experience in digital marketing/IT is a big plus.
