Mô tả Công việc

JOB SUMMARY: As an Art Director, you are not only the communicator but also responsible for how the communication is conveyed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Creative concept & strategy implement (60%)

• Collaborate with team to develop & present creative concepts for assigned clients and new business to achieve branding and advertising initiatives;
• Establish & develop creative strategy that responds to the brief; ensure copy tone and style are consistent with the visual tone, style, and brand guidelines;
• Research/ understand business objectives and audience demographics to communicate successfully through copy content;
• Create and conceptualise multiple concepts for new assignments;
• Assist in the preparation of presentation boards.

2. Client service development (15%): Maintain & develop effective relationships with related Departments as well as positive relationships with clients

3. Creative development (15%)

• Research & analyze the digital database, and spot out the key info that support the ideation process;
• Aware and update emerging trends in web-based, wireless technologies for online and offline marketing;
• Share your learning with the teams

4. Team development assistance (10%): Assist in the recruitment, mentorship and development of the team

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

1. Experience & Knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts; or equivalent degree in commercial arts or related fields
• At least 3-5 years of experience in an advertising agency with at least 2 years as a Senior Designer.
• Strong portfolio of design work, showing solutions to business problems through effective story and design

2. Attitude & Skills:

• Well-versed in planning campaigns across multiple platforms;
• Strong concept, presentation and client-facing skills.
