FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES (FBOs):
Maido Agency is looking to employ a dedicated and experienced account manager to oversee the activities of our account executives and manage our customer accounts. The account manager’s responsibilities include building and maintaining a sales pipeline with a high conversion rate, attending sales meetings to provide progress updates, and researching industry trends. You should also be able to identify new sales opportunities through networking initiatives and customer referrals.
To be successful as an account manager, you should be adept at analyzing sales performance metrics and negotiating contracts. Ultimately, an exceptional account manager should demonstrate excellent communication, management, and customer service skills at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Seeking out new customers and partnering with existing ones by offering a variety of solutions to improve their business and take exceptional care of your clients.
Achieving monthly activities and revenue goals.
Developing new and fresh strategies to respond to high-volume client concerns and meet budget guidelines.
Developing and implementing effective account plans to retain existing customers.
Developing solid sales proposals to convince potential and existing customers to purchase company products and services.
Identifying customer needs and communicating how company products and services fulfill those needs.
Overseeing a team of account executives to ensure that sales objectives are achieved.
Negotiate contracts and close the agreements
Get feedback and recommend approaches to increase customer engagement
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Forecast and track key account metrics.

REQUIREMENT:
Proven experience working as an account manager at least 2-5 years.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or management, or related field.
Proficient in English.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Bringing a high level of energy and achieving your sales goals.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback.
Having a desire to develop and secure new business accounts.
Enjoying networking at all levels to build business relationships.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
