Mô tả Công việc

B2C Marketing team is looking for hardworking and enthusiastic Content Marketing to join our ambitious Performance Marketing Team with the mission to bring Cốc Cốc services to more Internet users. B2C Marketing Department provides various marketing campaign and activities to attract, engage, and retain users. The Content Marketing team is expected to help Cốc Cốc & acquire users by delivering attractive communication messages to target audiences.

As a Content Marketing, you will create and manage content for Cốc Cốc products on online and offline channels.

• Develop and executive content strategy on digital channels and offline channels for 2 key products of Cốc Cốc – Cốc Cốc Browser & Cốc Cốc Search
• Conceptual development, copywriting, proofreading, and editing all kinds of content to communicate for new features & branding campaigns
• Measure content performance on all channels, ensure that all content activities meets communication purpose
• Review & consult content for external channels as required (KOLs, Hot Youtuber, Hot Pages, OOH, cinema, TVC, etc.)
• Work with agencies and freelancers for content related work as needed.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

Required skills:

• Previous working experience preferably as a Content
• Marketing/Senior Content Marketing Executive or similar role for 1-2 year(s) in technology and/or marcom industry
• Proficient language usage in both Vietnamese and English, especially reading and writing
• Understanding of Content Marketing principles
• Understanding of customer insights
• Familiarity with social media and copywriting
• Hands-on experience with create content marketing campaign from planning to execution and reporting.

Preferred skills:

• Hands-on experience with technology industry.
• Good written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Working collaboratively with others to achieve common goals and positive result
• Leading and supporting a team to achieve results
• Able to adapt with large, complex and/or frequent changes
• Decision-Making skills, Analytical Thinking skills and Risk Management skills
• Well understanding of organizational structure and culture
• Good English skills.
