FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES (FBOs):

Maido Agency is looking for an experienced Performance Executive who is responsible for the management of client’s digital activities across social, search and display platforms. You will plan and execute the paid digital media campaigns as well as manage the optimization and reporting. It is essential to ensuring that our integrated digital strategies are aligned with client’s objectives. To be ideal for this role, you must have already decided on a career in Digital Marketing and be highly motivated to continue learning and growing in the field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Strategize, execute, monitor and manage campaigns across multiple platforms.

+ Supporting Director and Senior Manager to develop overall digital performance and integrated media strategy.

+ End to end integrated media planning and implementation across Digital and Offline media.

+ Activation and Optimization of day-to-day digital performance work (i.e., Paid Search, Social, Programmatic Display).

+ Manage and allocate the platform’s daily budgets and billing to evaluate effectiveness.

+ Manage a test and learn strategy across traffic to drive insight into brand traffic behavior.

+ Report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives.

+ Collaborate with data and account teams to discover, test data-driven ways to optimize performance.

+ Present account reviews internally as well as to clients.

+ Explore new opportunities to grow campaigns more efficiently and effectively.

+ Test new channels and trends to build credibility, remain competitive.

+ Ensure a data led approach to all activity, creating a clear test & learn strategy.

+ Oversee growth in performance to meet client’s business goals and strategies.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

REQUIREMENT:

+ Proven experience working as a Performance Marketing Executive at least 1-2 years.

+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or management, or related field.

+ Proficient in deriving insights from data.

+ Google AdWords and Analytics certifications is a plus.

+ Hands-on experience on marketing automation concepts (tools, scripts, APIs, dynamic/triggered campaigns).

+ Experience with affiliate marketing, remarketing/retargeting campaigns, and display advertising.

+ Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

+ Proficient in English.

+ Basic technical knowledge is a plus (HTML, reading ASP, PHP code...).

+ Knowledge and experience in retargeting/remarketing.

+ Experience on Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager or other marketing/media platforms experience a plus.

+ Strong management skills.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
