Mô tả Công việc

Brand & Communication Planning & Strategy:

  • Independently handle projects & deliver a good strategic approach from A to Z (research, strategy development, outcome delivery) while overseeing & managing other projects.
  • Play a role as a persuader to convince clients & creative teams in creative briefing sessions: identify consumer insights & opportunities to translate them into strategic & creative platforms. The ability to make complex subjects understandable.
  • In strategy approach, identify big picture & vision for clients which align & contribute to meet their business objectives.
  • Conduct research to assess market opportunity, identity customer behaviors, insights & trends, understand client’s internal brand health & challenge; translate data and analysis into insights & creative ideas.
  • Collaborate in creating and supervising brand plans: brand-positioning recommendation, generating brand ideas, naming and messaging, defining tones and traits of new brands, crafting key brand stories.
  • Collaborate to bring the strategic concept alive in different forms, ranging from packaging design, ads, activation, Integrated communications plan.
  • Develop media planning and budget allocations across channels, have good contacts with selective media.
  • Help to create & manage planning team in copy direction for brand materials of the company, external or internal communications (Slogan, brand names, editorials, pitches,..).

Directly work & consult for clients:

  • Participate in important meetings with clients (brief & presentation days).
  • Clarify client brief by understanding client’s needs, identifying business objectives, challenges & opportunities to tap in through good & smart questions on briefing day. Also need to manage client’s expectation & deliverables.
  • Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their requirements; Able to understand customers’ requirements and communicate to company.
  • Assist (BD team) in the development and execution of pricing, pitching, reimbursement and contracting strategies & implementation.
  • Handle budgets consultancy, manage campaign costs and invoice clients.
  • Establish strong relationships across client and design team, understand their needs and help them align their visual style with the Brand strategy, brand guidelines or new ideas.

Leadership & Team development:

  • Train & guide team members to grow and nurture team environment/culture.
  • Responsible for constructing and delivering high quality, accurate, on-time performance management.
  • Manage team resources, recruit copywriters when needed & work load to work effectively to deliver multi projects at the same time.

Basic Skills:

  • Solid understanding of market research, marketing, new brand development and existing brand management & renovation, experienced with management & allocation of across media channels.
  • Understanding of owned/earned/paid channel management, good media relationship.
  • Experienced at both marketing & brand strategic planning and execution.
  • Exposure to and understanding of creative conceptualization, brand idea’s generation and media mix planning.
  • Previous Brand manager or brand/media agency experience is a huge plus.

Personal Specifications:

  • 4+ years hands-on experience in strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Proven leadership skills & management experience; Ability to organize people, projects and information.
  • Balance ability to perform analytically & creatively.
  • Intuitive and analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to multi-tasks: working on multiple projects & changing direction quickly.
  • Deep understanding about communication/branding, digital marketing & social media platforms.
  • Excellent in English, both verbal & written communication.
  • Flexible in working independently & as a team, determined.
