WOW Communications cần tuyển vị trí Account Supervisor làm việc tại Hồ Chí Minh, mức lương thương lượng / cạnh tranh. Chi tiết công việc như sau:

Mô tả Công việc

• Lead account executives and subordinate members
• Allocate new accounts and tasks to team members
• Monitor team performance and give guidance when needed
• Provide strategic insight to clients’ programs
• Oversee execution, analysis and optimization of marketing plans
• Communicate with clients daily to ensure satisfaction & good connection
• Manage accounts’ financial aspects (budgets, contracts, fees etc.)
• Report on activities and accounts.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Proven at least 2 year experience as an Account Supervisor. Experience in event management is a plus.
• Solid account management and customer service experience
• Experience in project management
• Familiarity with budgeting and reporting
• Knowledge of Marketing & Communications & related field
• Proficient in MS Office and social media
• Excellent communication skills, booth Vietnamese & English
• Outstanding organizational abilities.
• Strategic thinking.
• Working time: 8 hours/day mode. (09:00 am to 12:00 am, 13:00 pm to 18:00 pm)
