Mô tả Công việc

Leading a team (3-8 people) to provide the best performance to our clients

Be responsible for the team's KPI (revenue, profit) and client KPI’s (CPO, ROI,...)

Training, coaching and building the team who can deliver the client's KPI

Manage and improve optimization program and system

Force the team to identify trends/ insights, and optimize spend/performance based on the insights

Develop team's expertise in Digital Marketing channels such as Google Adwords, Facebook Ads…

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

Strong experience in project management & managing people

Analytical skills & problem-solving skills are the MUSTs

Entrepreneurial mindset - driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team

Constantly inspired to improve ways of doing things to eliminate recurring problems and pain points

Experienced in Digital marketing, especially Data-driven Marketing is a plus
