POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Project Associate is responsible for supporting our company's ongoing projects. You will be working closely with your Project Manager and other team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Your main responsibilities are coordinating, tracking, analyzing and reporting the performance of projects’ portfolio. To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in project management and your flexibility to working on different types of projects.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project coordination

• Receive project information from Project Manager, deploy to project plan on Asana/Excel/ other platforms
• Discuss and adjust the plan in accordance with team resources & customer requirements
• Ensure project progress, comprehensive and accurate project communication and update each phase of the project portfolio
• Write processes, documents, and improve existing project management processes to increase efficiency
• Synthesize and store project documents in accordance with internal rules & processes

Research, Analysis & Reporting

• Carry out the studies required by the PM for more information in the initiation & planning phase
• Analyze and report project implementation data (completion rate, cost)
• Analyze internal company data and reports as required

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

3+ year of experience in supporting, coordinating media, business & training projects is an advantage

Flexibility, willingness to learn, and challenge yourself in new requests

Goal-oriented, organized, detailed and effective in all your work

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English

Always improve the way of automation to optimize resources, operation, management
