RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research, propose new trends, ideas and implement to maximize the content effectiveness.
• Manage projects and deliver end-to-end plans and creative content including but not limited to: posts, comments, etc., both written and visual on social platforms: Facebook (Fanpage, Group, KOLs) Tiktok, Youtube, Forum following project’s scope.
• Research & develop the strategic content plans for in-charged projects, campaign
• Coordinating with all the departments (Account/Design/Production/Social,…) to deliver high standards of finished work.
• Review and make sure to complete and check all tasks as required by internal.
• Observe, capture & apply new trends to projects to maximize the content effectiveness and align with social media users‘ behaviors.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• At least 2 years working experience as a Content Writer in advertising fields.
• Having experience in Mom & Baby, Banking, FMCG,... fields is a plus.
• Excellent writing skills with a deep understanding of social media language.
• Strong expertise in communications and marketing, particularly in the realm of Social Outreach Communications.
• Be able to deliver influential communication & presentation skills.
• Have a proactive attitude and the ability to multi-task and set/meet aggressive deadlines.
• Have the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• General social awareness about but not limited to economic growth, consumers, culture, ect. and possess an inherent desire for learning and exploration in order to expand one‘s knowledge.
• Proficiency in managing and spearheading projects from initial planning to successful execution under guide of line manager.
• Proficiency in MS Office using, especially powerpoint.
• Report to: Copywriter Lead, Creative Lead
• Promotion to: Content Writer Supervisor
