Mô tả Công việc

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Manage Legal documents:

• Closely work with Sales team and Delivery team to implement and follow all relevant legal documents as required (including NDA, Quotation, SLA/Contract, Approval, Invoice and Termination) according to sales flow.

• Capture information of sales data frequently.

• Closely collaborate with Legal team to ensure delivering Legal documents aims to minimize the legal risk and maximize the business benefits.

Manage Client's Payment:

• Frequently follow up Delivery and Finance teams to ensure payment process and Clients to drive all paperwork and payments precisely and timely.

• Manage and handle all problems with Client's representative for contract terms and payment issues.

IT WOULD BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU

• At least 3 years of working experience at the same position, prior to Tech industry;

• Passionate about Tech expertise or interested in project management is a plus;

• Ability to understand and draft the contract in both English and Vietnamese;

• General knowledge of relevant terms and logical presentation of the contract/ payments;

• Strongly communicate and negotiation via email or in verbal to manage Clients from mid-level up;

• Strongly manage stakeholders and work independently;

• Be detail and result-oriented person having get-it-done and service mindset;

• Willing to learn new knowledges about Product, Partnership, Legal and Finance;

• Willing to follow up and remind Clients to make full and on-time payments;
