Mô tả Công việc

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: 40%

 Successfully lead account team to run and responsible for the projects on day by day basic to deliver project quality, good profit and client satisfaction.

 Plan and assign Sales target & workloads to the Account teams & supervise teams to achieve sales target & ensure services’ quality;

 Be capable to check, comment and add value to the daily jobs to control the strategic direction, communication plan, creative concept and execution plan to client;

 Foresee problems/issues/crisis as they arise, seeking the best solution for team/company/client;

 Be capable to support team to solve issues, problems during execution;

 Build up source of external suppliers. Able to negotiate and ensure margins;

 Together with Head of Account planning in client strategy, service strategy and team strategy to build up a successful organization.

 Report routinely and non-routinely to direct supervisor.

CLIENT SERVICES: 30%

 Business Development: ability to approach new clients to sell company. Credential and make personal selling;

 Strategy: Effectively work with team members to develop innovative ideas & strategic direction;

 Client services: Develop relationships with potential clients, suppliers, talents and other valuable resources are met;

• Consult with client on project/category issues & provide actionable & proper digital solutions;

• Negotiate and manage Clients on behalf of DNA Digital and make sure all requirements are delivered on time and beyond expectations

TEAM LEADERSHIP: 30%

 Build the teamwork spirit; make evaluations of performance of the staff quarterly;

 Formulate policies and direct activities of the Account Division effectively and efficiently;

 Lead by sample and generate an environment of collaboration among the team;

 Build personnel plan & cooperate with HR Dept. to recruit, train, coach & stabilize staffs for the business plan;

 Advise, propose and implement training programs for team, both on-job training and formalized group training, to consistently increase team’s competence level;

 Contribute in working process improvement (internal, inter-companies and external).

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

  • BA degree (Economic, Marketing, Communication)
  • At least 5-year experience in Advertising, Communication, Marketing or Sales management, Business Operations level or at least 02- year experience in similar levels.
  • 5+ years of account management in agency company.

 Excellent proposal developing & Excellent presentation & con vincible

 Superlative time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 Be passionate, enthusiastic & energetic in working & learning new things;

 Able to Self - motivate or independent Work environment and drive to success by identifying and removing internal and external barriers that may exist;

 Able to advice & problems with sharp & effective solution without instruction from senior level. Good communicator, in person & writing;

 Ability to Work effectively in high pressure & with cross-functional teams

 Have own style, clear attitude & point of view

 Have result-driven mindset with attention to detail

 Have advance knowledge of branding, marketing & technical trend;

 Have experience in good managing integrated digital campaign would be advantage;

 Perfect in presentation skills, communication skills and technical skills

 Fluent English;

 Excellent at PowerPoint, Word, Excel….
