Mô tả Công việc

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with the team to define the terminology of project liquidation in the advertising industry.
• Follow up with the team to obtain comprehensive sales supporting documents (Contracts, Liquidation, Invoice, prepare payment & PO for KOL etc.)
• Follow up project liquidation and payment progress.
• Processing a high volume of product orders.
• Processing invoices for all sales transactions.
• Support others tasks if needed.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree, fresh graduates, or students in the final year of university with majors in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Commerce…
• Eloquent in English and Vietnamese.
• Good communication skills.
• Good organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems).
• Careful and be able to work with numbers, paperwork.
• Ability to work in multicultural teams.
• No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/social activities are preferred
• Entitled as full-time student during 6-month internship period.
