We are looking for an experienced Senior Content Creative Executive.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management (70%)

• Research & develop the strategic content plans for in-charged projects based on historical data & analysis from YouNet Group‘s social data platforms: SocialHeat & SociaLift.
• Lead the implementation of all creative contents from plan-to-execution of each client within the deadline and control the content excellence.
• Analyze and report performance of content execution during campaigns and initiatives to extend current strategies, identify growth opportunities & optimizations.
• Measure the effectiveness & provide recommendations for future campaigns improvement & efficiency.
• Observe, capture & apply new trends to projects to maximize the content effectiveness and align with social media users‘ behaviors.
• Communicate with clients upon request.

Management & Development (30%)

• Lead, training & coaching members line with up to 3 team members, including content executives & interns.
• Recruit & performance review team members with Content Creative Leader.
• Support to build and promote key-value & culture of Content Creative.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

Education:

• Marketing/Journalism/Economic majors relating

Knowledge:

• Passionate and articulate with the ability to analyze the implications of online communications and messages
• Have knowledge about data analytics tool/software is a big plus

Skill:

• Be proactive and highly motivated; demonstrate the ability and desire to work independently and confidently, but as part of a team
• Be good at communication & presentation skills
• Be good at English skills are preferred
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills are essential
• Experience in project management with flexibility to adapt to various project situations

Experience:

• Minimum 1-year experience in the same/relevant positions

Personality:

• Willing to learn and enjoy new challenges. High sense of responsibility, result-oriented.
• Be self-servicing and able to act on own initiative where necessary.
• Capable of learning new technologies and optimizing working processes to meet projects‘ needs.
• Have ownership mindset - never say never attitude.
